PizzaPass program

Introduction

Welcome to the unclevitospizzeria PizzaPass program. By purchasing and using PizzaPass, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility

  1. Geographical limit: PizzaPass is only valid at unclevitospizzeria, located at the restaurant location shown on this site or provided when you order.

PizzaPass details

  1. Subscription fee: The PizzaPass membership is $97.00 for the selected term, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  2. Duration: PizzaPass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different term is shown at checkout.
  3. Pizza entitlement: PizzaPass entitles the holder to one restaurant-specified pizza per week for 52 weeks (or the corresponding number of weeks for your membership term).

Redemption

  1. Weekly redemption: Each week, you will receive a single-use redemption code via email to order and pick up your weekly pizza. Unused codes do not roll over to subsequent weeks.
  2. Redemption process: To redeem your weekly pizza, use the "Order Online" flow provided in your email, enter your redemption code, and choose your eligible pizza as described in that message.
  3. Gift option: You may pass the redemption code to someone as a gift, but it can only be used once and must be used within the designated week.
  4. Additional options: You can add extra toppings or upsize your pizza for an additional cost at menu price.

Subscription benefits

  1. Cost savings: Subscribers receive membership pricing compared to ordering the same items at standard menu prices over the membership term.
  2. Weekly convenience: Enjoy a fresh pizza each week without placing a new order every time.
  3. Customization: Customize your pizza with additional toppings or size upgrades for an additional cost at menu price.

Limitations and exclusions

  1. Additional toppings and upgrades: Any additional toppings, upgrades, or specialty pizzas beyond the eligible redemption are not included and will be charged at regular prices.
  2. Non-redeemable for cash: PizzaPass cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
  3. Lost or stolen codes: unclevitospizzeria is not responsible for lost or stolen redemption codes.

Cancellation and refunds

  1. Cancellation policy: Generally, PizzaPass is non-refundable once purchased. However, if you have redeemed four or fewer pizzas and you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, a refund may be provided after prorating the number of pizzas consumed at retail price. All refunds are subject to a 10% subscription platform fee and a 3.5% payment processing fee.
  2. Termination by unclevitospizzeria: unclevitospizzeria reserves the right to terminate any PizzaPass without notice if fraudulent activity or misuse of the pass is detected.

Privacy and data use

  1. Personal information: By subscribing to PizzaPass, you agree that unclevitospizzeria may collect and use your personal information to administer the program and for marketing communications.
  2. Marketing communications: By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive email and SMS marketing communications, including order notifications and promotional messages, from unclevitospizzeria.
  3. Data protection: unclevitospizzeria will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unclevitospizzeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of PizzaPass.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or PizzaPass will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such arbitration shall take place in the state of California.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to terms and conditions

unclevitospizzeria reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to pass holders via email and will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
